I am working on a table and I am suppose to sort different records within
each other. Ex. Sort the record in the table by age within gender. How do I do so? Thanks in advance! Alisa G. |

hi
excel gives you 3 "sort by" criteria within a single sort. you have only 2. first criteria would be by gender second criteria would be age. set both before sorting. Use the Sort command in the Data menu.
