Default Conditional Formatting - find cells containg "+"

Hi

I need some help with conditional formatting.

I'm trying to highlight those cells which have a plus sign in them. Can
someone help with the formula to enter into the conditional formatting
dialogue?

Grateful for any assistance.

Best Wishes
