Does someone have a UDF that can copy the value from another cell with
formatting?

UDF's can only return a value..and not the formatting...

If you want a non-formula way:
Record a macro of you doing a paste special, values & formatting.
Assign the macro to either a custom button on toolbar, or to a shortcut key.
