MIRR

I am trying to use the MIRR function which allows the use of debt in IRR
calculations. However, regardless of what number I use for a debt
percentage, it has no effect on the outcome. I have tried using 10% and .1
to no avail. Every other item in the function works. I am out of ideas on
this one.

Show us the formula, and give us an idea of what the data is. We can't help
you without that.
