Excel Not Responding

I have Windows 7 and Excel 2007. The program is constanly 'not responding' to
commands. After 15 seconds or so it will respond and I can move on. This
happens with copying and pasting, formatting, just about anything.

Is your copy of Excel 2007 a full legal copy?
