Default Need macro - please help

I have an Excel spreadsheet that is emailed to me each day. I have to make
the same changes every time before I print. I am trying to consolidate these
steps into a macro but can't seem to get it to work.

I shrink the column widths for all columns (the largest of which is about 20
pixels wide). I do this so that when the spreadsheet prints on one page the
type is not so small you I can't read it. Then I change the page setup to
landscape, legal, and fit 1o 1 page.

Is it even possible to make a macro to do this?

Record a macro while you do it all manually. Then run the macro. If it
doesn't do everything you want (for instance, it may not handle a variable
parameter properly), post back, include the macro, and tell us what it does
and what you want it to do. HTH Otto

I would make a template w/sheet into which you can paste incoming data and
run macro.
To create the macro, paste the data then start recording macro - make you
changes and once completed stop recording then delete the data (make sure you
have the original data just in case it goes pear shaped). Just for this first
time.
Save the template.
Now paste again and hit the macro key you chose. Now you can go back to
that template daily - make sure you save it as anothe rname so that your
template with macro is not damaged.
