Conditional formatting flag
Is there an accessible flag that indicates whether Conditional Formatting of
a cell is active? I'd like to show a value in one cell based on whether a Conditional Format condition is active in any of a group of cells. |
Conditional formatting flag
Accessible to what?
I would do my best to use another cell that mimics the rules of the conditional formatting. Then I could check this other cell. But if you really, really want (it ain't for the faint of heart!), take a look at how Chip Pearson does it: http://cpearson.com/excel/CFColors.htm bds wrote: Is there an accessible flag that indicates whether Conditional Formatting of a cell is active?
