Combining IF and AND function

I am trying to use the Function Wizard in Excel 2003 for multiple IFs and
ANDs. When using the AND function what is the best way to get back to the IF
statement? The only way i can see is to click on the IF in the formula bar

There should be a "fx" button to click to the left of the formula bar.
Unless later versions removed it?!
