I have old printouts that indicate that in the past I printed 3.75"x6.75"
pages with an older version of Excel. How do I do that with Excel 2003? |

That would be strictly a function of your Printer.
If your printer supports that size or will allow you to create custom sizes, Excel will happily print to them.
