Default Printing to Day-Timer pages from Excel 2003

I have old printouts that indicate that in the past I printed 3.75"x6.75"
pages with an older version of Excel. How do I do that with Excel 2003?

That would be strictly a function of your Printer.

If your printer supports that size or will allow you to create custom sizes,
Excel will happily print to them.
