Not sure where you are finding this list.

Do you mean the Recent Documents you see when you click on the Button?

You can clear that by setting your MRU list to 0 under ButtonExcel
OptionsAdvancedDisplay.

If you mean the list you see when you go to ButtonOpen then you will have
to set a new default file path to a folder that is empty.
