Date issues

Hi,

Does anyone know the formula that would return the month end dates beweeen a
start date and end date (cell references).

I.e. for...
Start Date 31/12/2009
End date 31/03/2010

i want it to return the following

31/12/2009
31/01/2010
28/02/2010
31/03/2010

Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions
