print range won't print
I have a large workbook that I have used for several years. Each month I
update the workbook with month end health accruals and then print the specific worksheet. Our Controller opened the file and did some work in it then saved it. Now I can no longer get anything to print. I can set the print range, see the worksheet in the print preview but the printer shoots out a blank page. I have tried saving the workbook under different names but still cannot print. The only way I can print what I need is to start a brand new workbook, copy the range to the new workbook then print it from there. There must be some 'rights' or some other security setting that came from the Controllers computer that my computer cannot overcome. I have even had our IT guru look at it and she cannot understand what is going on either. This is not the first time this has happened so I would like to know the solution in order to be proactive the next time around! |

Not sure if this is the probelm, but did you try clearning the print area in
the worksheet you're trying to print? If you are printing the entire worksheet you shouldn't have to set the print range. "Cheri K" wrote: I have a large workbook that I have used for several years. If the print preview works ok, I don't think it's your workbook.
I'd try another printer. Cheri K wrote: I have a large workbook that I have used for several years.
