Default vlookup I give up

In column A I have a cell which reads "Business Office"
below that I have an office number such as 883, 909, 911 etc
I subtotal at change in office number
On the second sheet I have the Business office title for each office number
I need to find the name "Business Office", go down 4 rows to find office
number and match that to the table on sheet 2, return office name and place
on the row below "Business Office"
I know I need to do a vlookup to sheet data $A$!:$G@45 and return the
business name.

Please help
