I am using Excel 2003
I had an old line chart that I was revising with different data and all of my lines between the line markers disappeared. I tried everything but could not get the lines back. So I started over and created a new line chart and again I can not get the lines to show up between the line markers. When I go into "Format data series" patterns - The lines/color show up as I designated it, but does not show up on the chart. Can anyone help me ASAP? I need to complete this chart today and next week I begin my monthly reports in which I have to complete over 20 different charts. thank you - aurora |

Have you hard coded the X axis scale. If so your lines may be plotting
outside of the range defined by your scale. Double click on the X axis and select the Scale tab. Check all of the Auto check boxes. FYI... while we appreciate that you are in a time crunch we will not answer your question any quicker or slower based on your schedule. You are best off to keep your questions brief and stick to the problems at hand... -- HTH... Thank you Jim for answering. But that is not the problem. The boxes under
the "scale" were all automatic. Do you have any other ideas? I would appreciate any help you or anyone else could give me. Aurora "Jim Thomlinson" wrote: Have you hard coded the X axis scale.
