ExcelBanter - HELP HELP HELP!!!

You could use conditional formatting by introducing a new column and by using
formula to determine which cell to format.

There will be a limit to three colors. Lets say R=Red, B for blue and G for
green.
Set the area which is to include the formatting. I'm saying that if B1 has
an R in it then text in A1 is red.
=B1="R"
Obviously you will need to carry that on for the other two colors.

It's a long time since I used 2003 so I've kept this as simple as possible.
I think it should work but I'm not sure about text color. It will allow fill
definitely.

Try it.

Finally, please don't post questions with UPPER CASE and !!!!!. It puts
people off. I ignored it for a while.
