ScreenTip in the Header Row

Normally when I change the size of a column with the mouse pointer in the
header row it shows the width of the column when I am dragging the mouse.

In Excel 2007 this ScreenTip is gone on certain PC's in our institute. How
can I fix this for our users.

Thanks Billy

I found the solution:
This is when your €śname box€ť in the formula bar does not show. Drag the
formula bar to the right so that the €śname box€ť shows the name of the current
cell. Then the ScreenTip show when you adjusting the size of a row or a
column.
