Is there a maximum capacity for Auto-filter in Excel 2000.

Not that I've seen.
But you may want to explain your question in more detail. If the filter isn't including all the rows in the range you want filtered, I'd suggest that you turn it off, then select the range to filter, then re-apply the filter. If you're talking about the number of items seen in the dropdown..........
