Hi,
Would you like to expand on what you mean by a 'box' -- Mike When competing hypotheses are otherwise equal, adopt the hypothesis that introduces the fewest assumptions while still sufficiently answering the question. If "box" equals cell, then check out Format - Conditional Formatting.
