Print Setup
 

I am trying to print multiple tabs with the same first 5 or 6 rows. The
pages vary in length, but I need them to be one page each. I set the page to
"Shrink to Fit Page" so that all the information print out on one page.
However, I need those first 5 or 6 rows to be uniform through out all the
pages for uniformity. Is there a way to set the page up to print everything
on one page without shrinking certain rows. I can't add the information as a
header. It doesn't line up the information with the body of the report
correctly if I do. Somehow I just need the size of those rows to be fixed
even though the rest of the report "shrinks". Does anyone know if that's
possible?

I believe you should set the print range on each separate page for
what you want to see on your printout. Then when you select numerous
tabs for printing, each will print as its setup as you have
specified. Use print preview to be sure it is like you want it.

The print area is set for the information that needs to print. I just need
it to print all on one page without resizing the first few rows.

Set your font size for the entire workbook so that the page with the
most rows will fit on one page without your specifying "shrink to fit page."
That way all the pages you print will have a uniform look.

I have no idea what your first five or six rows (and does that change
from 5 to 6 with various pages?) look like, put perhaps you could put
this information in a header instead of directly in the worksheet.
