Help for - IF Formula

Hi,

I need to create the formula to get the result as "Yes" or "No" in Cell D1

If the name in (A1 is "Deepak" and the name in B1 is "Deepak" and the name
in C1 is "Good" or "Fair", then in D1 it should show "Yes" else "No")
