Can't see document
 

I have Excel 2003. I opened a worksheet and it shows in the line A1 that the
document is there but I can't see it. I clicked on Windows button to unhide,
nothing. Tried to hide another doc and unhide and now I can't see it either.
HELP! please

Can you see your info if you do File|Print preview?

If yes, maybe it's just off the visible screen...

Window|arrange|tiled
(and then resize them the way you like)

YES! OMG, thank you! I could see it in print preview. So I did what you
said. Will they stay visible now? What did I do to make them disappear (so I
won't do it again)? When I opened March and couldn't see it, I went to Feb,
clicked Window/Hide, then Unhide and it was gone. Why didn't it come back?
Just don't want to do this again! I thought I wasn't going to be able to file
my taxes *L*.

It was never hidden and will (er, should) stay the way you last saved it.

The times I've seen this are when some laptop user opens the file and moves it
where they want it. But when I open it on my desktop, I can't see it. (Their
laptop display properties are different from my desktop properties.)

(Or vice-versa.)
