IN EXCEL, I WANT TO HAVE A CHECK BOX CHECKED IF A DOLLAR AMOUNT IS ENTERED IN
A CELL AND UNCHECKED IF THE CELL IS ZERO |

1. Please, do not use all capitals, it's as if you are shouting!
