I am using XL2003.

I am unable to get the shortcut menus to appear. Can I turn them on
manually or programatically?

I also use XL2007, can the shortcut menus for a worksheet be displayed also?

Appear where?

In Excel 2003 some shortcut keys are listed when you drop a menu down.

Example...........click on Edit and you see Ctrl + key at right side of
dropdown.

i.e. Next to Cut is Ctrl + X, Copy is Ctrl + C

In 2007 you can press the Alt key to see shortcuts on Ribbon
