Copy the column in which you are having the Conditional Formatting and select
the column in which you want to apply the conditional fomatting and do right clickPaste SpecialSelect Formats and give Ok. Now the Format and Conditional formatting is applied to the current Column. Note: Paste special will get activated once the copy is done.
