Preventing Spreadsheets from Email

Is it possible to prevent a spreadsheet which is saved on a shared drive from
being downloaded, saved, then emailed; or simply just emailed from within
Excel?

Preventing Spreadsheets from Email

An XL spreadsheet is a file like any other file. There is no way to stop
people from copying or otherwise distributing it.
