help excel IF c3 has the word arrived make c1 & c2 to fill in colour i need
help in cell 3j i have the word yes in a1 & I have a name I want the name
cell to fill in a colour if 3j says yes

help please

Select C1 and C2

In Conditional FormattingFormula is:

=C3="arrived"

Assuming "name cell" is G1

In G1 CFFormula is:

=AND(A1="yes",J3="yes")
