What suggestions/options are there if your spreadsheet needs to contain more
than the MAX number of Excel lines allowed in 1 spreadsheet? I do not want
to divide the data into multiple spreadsheets? Is there anything that can be
done or is that just the systems limitations?

No way. But note that the limitation is 65k rows in earlier versions and
more than a million rows in Excel 2007. Perhaps upgrade is an option.

If you are using a version prior to 2007, consider switching to 2007
