I have fomulas set up to highlight cell based on the relationship between
today's date and the date in the cell. I want to also highlight other cells
in that row only when a cell in that row is highlighted

Try to Copy PasteSpecial format only of the first cell to all oters in the
row.
Alternatively, you may use the Format-Brush to do that.
