Managing an Outline Manually
 

I am using the outline group function to build and maintain a work breakdown
structure. I understand how to establish and delete groups, but I am
struggling with how to manage them easily. When I insert new rows, I find
that the outline automatically "re-outlines" itself in ways I do not want.
Where can I go to learn how to do things correctly, or to easily change
outline levels.
