Excel 2007 spreadsheet
 

I can't get the fill handle to show on my spreadsheet. I've gone to excel
options under advance there is a checkmark on Enable fill handle and cell
drag-and-drop, but it still will not work. I have even uninstalled and
reinstalled excel still no luck any suggestions.
