Formating issues

I have some words/texts in different cells, where I have Subscripts and
Superscripts.
I have IF conditoins in other cells that copies those texts. but Subscripts
and Superscripts are showing up as normal texts. Is there a way to keep them
same format. (want to keep the sub/super scripts).
please help, I really need to keep them in their original format.

No, not using a formula... individual characters can be formatted
differently from other characters in a cell only if the entire cell value is
a text constant... formula are not text constants. There is a possibility
that you can do what you want using VB event programming (to replace the
formulas), but you will have to describe your layout for us, show us your IF
formula and tell us the range of cells the formula will cover before we can
write that code for you.
