Formulas and Dates not working in compatibility mode
I have just moved to Excel 2007, and upon opening a frequently used .xls
file, find that no formulas work in it, and all dates have been converted to integer values which do not convert to dates using the DATEVALUE function. Any ideas? |

Sounds like you have worksheet set to display formulas not values.
Try CTRL+` ( that on the same key as ~ next to the 1 on top row of keyboard). The integer values you see are Excel's way of handling dates. Before
pursuing a formula solution, did you try formatting the integer "date" cells to a date format? |
