Header/Footer max 255 chars
 

I need to put a text from over 255 characters in the Header/Footer of an
Excel file which is not allowed.
How can I overcome this problem?

For the header:

Put the data in some rows and use those rows in the
File|page setup|sheet tab|Rows to repeat at top

If you're using xl2002+, maybe you could create the header/footer as a picture
and insert that picture.

And one mo Use MSWord to print the header/footer and then send the paper
through the printer to pick up the excel data.
