Select the sheet tab which you want to work with. Right click the sheet tab
and click on 'View Code'. This will launch VBE. Paste the below code to the
right blank portion. Get back to to workbook and try out.

'The below code works on cell A1. modify to suit

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Address = "$A$1" Then
Application.EnableEvents = False
Target = UCase(Target)
Application.EnableEvents = True
End If
End Sub

Do you want this to happen to a specific cell, or to a specific range of
cells, or to any cell in the sheet? Jacob gave you a solution for one cell.
Come back and provide more info on what you want to do. HTH Otto
