Default Excel Newsgroup: not receiving e-mail notification nowadays

Hi,

I have to change my e-mail address recently due to relocation.
I have registered for a new MS Passport ID then.
However I noticed that whenever my post is replied nowadays, I am not
receiving any e-mail notification.

May I know the URL that I need to highlight this problem to MS for
rectification ?

Many Thanks.

Low

The "e-mail" notification of the web interface to the newsgroup is an
intermittent affair. You could subscribe directly to the underlying
newsgroup using a news reader instead.

If you're not going direct to the MSFT discussion forums, then try this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...ang=e n&cr=US
You can then start a "NEW" thread and choose the "Suggestion for Microsoft"
type. I don't guarantee results, it seems no one has been receiving email
notifications for a while, I think the last one I got was back in freakin'
OCTOBER!!!

This is the same situation we've been addressing in another thread called
"Return missing features". So far, we've not even got an answer from
Microsoft......maybe if we send then enough messages....
