Excel 2007 & Outlook 2003

I cannot find a way of transferring data from old computer to new one (old
one has Win XP & new one has Win 7)

Any suggestions?

Suggest you provide enough information to provide an answer, and ask the
appropriate forum.
What data do you want to transfer? What hardware do you have?
What happened when you asked Win 7 how to transfer old data?

Excel 2007 & Outlook 2003

It would be a good idea to have a copy of your "data" saved on external
media in case your hard drive fails. Use that to copy to the "new one".
