Hi Todd......

If you format a cell for Custom 000° 00' 00''

Then if you enter 0120328 it will display 012° 03' 28''

When formatting, use Alt 0176 (type numbers on the keypad only) for the
degree symbol and the single apostrophe for the minutes and two single
apostrophe's for the seconds (NOT the double apostrophe).
