Excel 2007 Paste Values-Text Only (Always)

In Excel 2003 it was possible to customize the Paste Values button and select
"Text Only (Always)". Once customized, the button appeared as "Paste Values"
(P underlined) in the toolbar window. Used in conjuntion with Ctrl-C, this
functioned as a shortcut key (Alt-P) saving much time and without having to
utilizing the mouse.
Is there a corresponding approach in Excel 2007 to 'customize' the Paste
Values button and replicate the "Text Only (Always)" function?

Thanx!

You can add a button to 'Quick Access Tool Bar' (above or below) the ribbon.

Navigation -
Office Button-Excel Options-Customize....

Pick 'Home Tab' in the first drop down and then select 'Paste Values' and
click on 'Add'

For shortcut... press CTRL key and note the number associated with the
'Paste Values' button and use it in future.
