When i roll the mouse wheel in Excel, nothing happens. The page doesn't

What do you want the wheel to do.

Zoom or scroll?

ToolsOptionsGeneral "Zoom on roll"

But I would first check my mouse properties to see what the default is for
wheel action.

Could be set to "none"

Normal default is to scroll.
