Count Formula
 

Hi,
Help Required

I have 400 clients listed in Column A and Column F has 4 options for each
client. The colums A and F are as follows;

Column A Column F
Supplier 1 Good
Supplier 2 Neutal
Supplier 3 Fair
Supplier 4 No relationship
Supplier 5 Fair
Supplier 6 Good

My Question;

I need a formula which can give total count of Good, Neutral, Fair and No
relationship in cell F 23.

Hi,

Try this

=COUNTIF(F1:F20,"Good")

with the obvious change for the other categories.
