How excel can prepare automatically sales book
 

Dear Sir/mam,
I prepared a template of invoice for my company only just for pre printed
invoice printing. Can it be possible that from invoice what product we sold
that can entered in sales book for the current month with detailed tax
information and product name and number with cost.

If possible that How can it be?
