Random duplication in excel shared workbook.....Help!

Hi,

I have a small business whereby three computers are connected by a server.
I use an excel shared spreadsheet to collect data, lately we have noticed
that entries are mysteriously deleting and being replaced with the row above.
People are promising that they are not duplicating and now that this has
been happening for a while i think if they were doing it I would've found
out. So basically, when data is put into the spreadsheet the next day we may
go in there and find that it has been replaced by the row above. Why/how
could this be happening? I am using Excel 2007 with Vista.

Cheers
