I am attempting to sort two columns of data, the first is a Date field (Week
Of), the other field is Numeric (Student ID). I am running Excel 2003 to sort column A then column B, but the results only sort column A properly and leave column B unsorted. When I sort just column B, the results are correct. Anyone have any suggestions how I can resolve this problem? Select the range (including both columns and the relevant rows) before you
ask Excel to sort. Don't allow Excel to guess which rows & columns you want to sort. -- David Biddulph "Texins Karate" wrote in message ... Hi,
you have to highlight both columns at the same time and choose sort column A and as a 2nd value sort column B "Texins Karate" wrote: I am attempting to sort two columns of data, the first is a Date field (Week Of), the other field is Numeric (Student ID).
