vertical scroll bar
 

I cannot seem to view my vertical scroll bar. I've gone into my options and
it is selected to view this but for some reason it's not showing. I can only
view so far. Can anyone help?

Any chance that the window is a little off center, so that the scroll bar is
just out of view?

I'd try (in xl2003 menus):
Window|Arrange|tiled
and resize the way I wanted
