Unwanted formatting with imported data
Hi all,
I import data from Access 02/03 into an existing, formatted Excel 07 spreadsheet. Unwanted cell formatting (colours), and dropdown headings import with it. Because I will need to import on a daily basis, I would like to prevent this formatting from importing with the data. I will never need the formatting. Is there a way to do this? Any help appreciated. Connie |
Unwanted formatting with imported data
How are you doing the import?
If you are just copying and pasting data, you can simply use Copy and Paste Special-Values. There are several other means to import data, if you provide some more detail someone may have the answer. -- If this helps, please remember to click yes.
