how do I make it so that I can copy a formula row ways and only pull data in

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you need only reference the
formula in the cell in which you want the data to appear. You may need to make the formula cell references absolute. This can be done with the F4 key. How about providing some details? Where is the data you want to reference
