Copy & Paste cell that has alt + enter
I am trying to copy and paste a cell where I've used alt + enter to put text
on the next line. When I paste, the data after each instance of alt + enter is placed in a new row in the same column rather than copying it into one cell as it appears in the original. How can I paste the data into one cell? -- DME |

Copy & Paste cell that has alt + enter
Excel 2003 and 2007.
If I copy a cell and paste all contents go into one cell. BUT................... If I copy the contents from the formula bar, select a cell and paste, the contents go into separate cells. Which of these operations are you doing?
