Change Zoom Box Amounts

In Excel2003, is there a way to change what magnification viewing
amounts are in the dropdown box? For example, in my dropdown box , I
show 200%, 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25%, I want to have 150% listed. Can
this be done? Thanks.

Hi
Don't know if the settings can be changed but you can type in any size from 10%
to 400%

No way that I can see, that's a fixed part of the GUI.

However, a couple of options:
a) write (or record) a macro and assign it to a shortcut key or toolbar
button
b) did you know you can zoom in and out by holding Ctrl and using the
scroll wheel of the mouse? This goes in 15% increments, so from 100 you
could get to 145 or 160 very easily, but not 150. Might be good enough
though
c) another approximation, but the "fit to selection" can be quite
useful. Either select the right bunch of cells across the top, or even
better if you have a title merged across cells which goes the right
width, select this, zoom fit to selection, now you are zoomed into the
same amount. This is more useful if the width is right to show all your
data of course, sometimes it is very useful, other times no good at all.
Obviously you can adjust the widths of your columns so that the zoom
effect suits you.

Hope this helps
