Incorrect print output
I have designed a table and adjusted all properties, including page setup
options and printing properties, in the proper manner. The table is OK in Print Preview part, I mean I recieve what I expected. But the thing is that the Print Output is not what I have planned to be. The table gows smaller than what I have adjusted. It is wrapped rightward in the output paper. It other words, it's not what is seen in Print Preview. I'm totally confused... Any help??????? |

Press Alt+V+P which will get you in Page Break Preview Mode just adjust the
Blue line to your data and to return to normal view press ALT+V+N. At the same time check the zooming size and adjust the margins also. -------------------- (Ms-Exl-Learner) -------------------- "Adorable Ali" wrote: I have designed a table and adjusted all properties, including page setup options and printing properties, in the proper manner. Thank you Jacob
But it did not solve my problem. See! All the properties are correct. I told I recieved the correct page in Print Preview. In fact there is no problem with print preview. The problem is that Printer Output does not match Print Preview page. It is some how distorted. Sorry not distorted, but incorrect size. Shall I have your EMail to send the pictures of the pages? I'm really sorry. But I have to tell you again.
Look! Print Preview seems to be OK. There is NO problem with Print Preview. This means that every thing, I mean ALL the properties have been set properly: paper size, page break, scale size, printer paper size, printer paper scale, etc. The problem is that I do not recieve from printer what I observe in Print Preview. ????????????? I dont know whether this will solve it or not. But check this also.
Press Cntrl+P now you will see the print dialogue box. In that near to printer name there is a button will be available with the name of €œPROPERTIES click that and have a look how the printer paper settings and other properties are defined. Remember to Click Yes, if this post helps! -------------------- (Ms-Exl-Learner) -------------------- "Adorable Ali" wrote: I'm really sorry. But I have to tell you again. Look! Isn't there any one to help me with this dull problem???????????????????????? |
Incorrect print output
I don't know the answer.
But the next thing I would test would be to try a different printer. If that doesn't work, share the type of printer you're using along with the version of excel and windows. Maybe someone who sees more details will have a suggestion. Adorable Ali wrote: Isn't there any one to help me with this dull problem???????????????????????? -- Dave Peterson |
