Excel 2007
 

I am trying to auto populate data from a cell in one sheet to another cell in
another cell in a different spreadsheet in the same book and cannot figure
out how to do it in Excel 2007.

In EXCEL 2007:-

In Sheet 2 cell A1 type:-

=

- then click on the Sheet1 tab name / click in cell C1 (for example) /
click on the tick sign (just above cell C1).

Sheet 2 / cell A1 will then pull in the contents of Sheet1 cell C1.
